Marriot Residence Inn Özpınarlar

Hegel Engineering provided HVAC and F&G (Fire & Gas Safety) system solutions for the Marrion Residence Inn project, built by Özpınarlar in Antalya. In this project, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems were designed to ensure maximum comfort in living spaces, while fire safety measures were implemented in accordance with the highest standards.

Project Scope & Installation Details

HVAC System Design:

Heating, cooling, and ventilation systems were integrated to ensure comfortable indoor conditions. The HVAC systems were optimized with a focus on energy efficiency and low operational costs. Individual room control systems provided ideal temperature and air quality for each living space.

Fire Safety (F&G Works):

A safe living environment was established through the installation of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems. Ventilation systems were made fire-resistant to ensure effective air evacuation in emergency situations. Smoke extraction systems were implemented to maintain indoor air quality and enhance safety during a fire.

Building Automation:

The HVAC and F&G systems were integrated into the building automation infrastructure, creating a user-friendly control system. Remote monitoring and control enabled the optimization of all systems for maximum efficiency.
